Athletix Kidz builds a strong foundation for a lifelong love of sport through fun, engaging activities centred around running, jumping, and throwing—the fundamental movement skills that underpin all sports. Sessions also develop key elements of physical literacy, helping children gain confidence, coordination, and body awareness in a playful, supportive environment.

Athletix Academy
YR3, YR4, YR5 & YR6
Athletix Academy is the natural progression from Athletix Kidz, offering a step up in challenge and skill development. The programme blends traditional athletics with athletic development training, enabling children to refine technique while building speed, agility, and endurance. Sessions are designed to elevate performance, enhance physical competence, and nurture confident, resilient young athletes ready to thrive in sport.

Please make sure your child bring their PE Kit to school so they can change into it after school.
